Job summary

You will guide stakeholders, map current workflows, and bridge gaps between Development and Business teams. Travel may be required for diverse project assignments and client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating closely with higher management and stakeholders to collect both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Engage in gathering and evaluating information from multiple sources.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or redundancies in the streamlining of workflows by mapping out current business processes.
• Ensure that functional requirements capture and are in line with business needs by bridging the gap between Development and Business teams.
• Technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills are necessary for roles involving stakeholder management and communication.
• Create training materials and user manuals to assist employees in adapting to new procedures or systems; hold training sessions to ensure readiness.
• Identify areas for development and assist the project team in anticipating potential challenges.
• Address potential problems proactively to help implement changes smoothly.
• Prevent scope creep by evaluating unplanned features and managing timelines and budgets.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement to respond to changing customer demands and market realities.
