Job summary

CarMax is seeking a Manager, Strategic Business Analysis in Kennesaw, GA to lead the creation of integrated business requirements for CAF's cross-functional programs. You will work closely with Technology, Compliance, Risk, and Legal to ensure regulatory and control expectations are embedded in solutions.

The role emphasizes end-to-end analysis, UAT ownership, and coaching senior analysts to deliver lean, validated outcomes in a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information systems, operations, logistics, process engineering, finance, analytics, or a related field.
• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, systems analysis, technology delivery, operations transformation, QA, or related discipline.
• Strong technical inclination and fluency to translate business needs into technically informed requirements.
• Experience with Reg B, Reg E, ECOA, FCRA, UDAAP preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear, technically informed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Technology.
• Own analysis for CAF's complex, cross-enterprise programs from discovery through post-launch confirmation.
• Partner with Operations to design lean, practical solutions evaluating process and system tradeoffs.
• Collaborate with Technology, Architecture, and Engineering on system, data, and integration considerations.
• Own the UAT and validation approach to ensure solutions meet approved requirements.
• Coach Senior Business Systems Analysts on requirements quality and stakeholder influence.
