Qualifications

• Combination of education and experience may be used to meet total qualification requirements.
• Volunteer experience can count toward qualifying experience; transcripts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operating budget to stay within budget and support mission.
• Input on organization's annual budget and analyze budget requests.
• Prepare documentation for resource requests, unfunded requirements, and reprogramming submissions.
• Develop or modify work methods, structures, records, and processes for admin support functions.
• Provide varied reports on special or recurring basis.
• Assist with DTS travel coordination and processing of travel orders.
• Coordinate and consolidate travel requirements and conference reports.
• Serve as Government Purchase Card (GPC) holder for the region.
