Job summary

Responsibilities

• Advise, assist and provide leadership to bookkeeping, budgeting, invoicing and payroll personnel.
• Assist in establishing budgets and budgeting procedures.
• Prepare periodic reports for administrators and curriculum supervisors.
• Review government grant funds requirements and maintain accurate accounting of funds.
• Monitor and reconcile balances of saving accounts and certificates of deposit.
• Interact with staff, students, parents and administrators with tact and good judgment.
