Qualifications

• One full year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-11 level.
• Developing, implementing and/or maintaining a comprehensive financial management system.
• Advising management on recommendations and/or alternative approaches to improve program plans, budget proposals, costs of operations and/or program accomplishments.
• Providing a wide variety of budget reporting, including monthly financial and/or quarterly reports.
• Reviewing financial data and accounting documents for budget execution activities as obligations, payments, corrections, and adjustments.
• Utilizing an automated financial management information system to enter financial data and track funds.
