Job summary

Oregon State University in Corvallis seeks a Workday Adaptive Budget Administrator to lead planning, budgeting, and forecasting using Workday Adaptive Planning. This full-time, 12-month professional faculty role collaborates with Finance leadership and IT to deliver accurate planning and reporting, ensuring data integrity and governance across university budgets.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills across stakeholders.
Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in a complex organization.
Experience supportingและ maintaining enterprise financial and planning systems, including data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and maintain Workday Adaptive Planning environment, including models and security.
Lead analysis and delivery of Adaptive Planning enhancements and budgeting initiatives.
Design, test, and deploy system enhancements with change management and testing procedures.
Develop strategic improvements to planning agility and reporting capabilities.
Coordinate user onboarding, role maintenance, and access reviews.
Develop and deliver role-based training for staff and system users.
Support long-range budget planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
Create dashboards and templates to support university reporting packages.
