Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, public administration, finance or business field is required.
• Three years of experience in financial analysis, budget planning/monitoring or professional accounting.
• Equivalencies: high school diploma with seven years’ experience; associate degree with five years; or higher degree with five years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing the annual operating budget including capital, grants, community development, or trusts.
• Prepare budget documents reflecting expenditures and operating costs.
• Create monthly, quarterly and annual reports on cost analysis and financial status.
