Qualifications

• Knowledge of budget formulation, execution, forecasting, and financial management principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and manage annual and multi-year budgets to support programs and operations.
• Monitor budget execution, funding allocations, expenditures, and financial commitments for compliance.
• Prepare budget estimates, forecasts, and funding recommendations for leadership review.
