Qualifications

• Specialized Experience: 1 year in budget administration, data analysis, and briefing senior leaders.
• Education substitution: PhD or 3 years of grad education related to budgeting.
• Combination of experience and education may qualify.

Responsibilities

• Develop a balanced funding request that complies with fiscal constraints.
• Ensure expenditures of funds align with regulations.
• Develop justification statements for multi-year appropriations.
• Recommend approval or disapproval of funds requests.
