Job summary

Nexstar Media Group Inc. is seeking a skilled Broadcast and Digital Commercial Producer to guide ads from concept to final cut. You will collaborate with clients, talent, and crew, script compelling spots, and manage end-to-end production including post and delivery.

The role emphasizes strong project management, creativity, and adherence to broadcast standards for both traditional and digital platforms. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of proven experience as a producer in broadcast and/or digital production.
• Strong knowledge of the production process from pre-production to post-production.
• A broad understanding of advertising, marketing, and design principles.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with multitasking ability.
• Ability to think on your feet and adjust quickly to changing priorities.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling and high production values.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Media Encoder.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for shoots/meetings.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives and clients to understand brand vision and objectives.
• Write compelling scripts aligned with client needs and participate in strategy meetings.
• Develop and manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate location, talent, music, and voice-over requirements; supervise production quality.
• Edit footage, mix audio, and create graphics or animations for final deliverables.
• Ensure productions comply with industry standards and local broadcast/digital requirements.
