Job summary

You will partner with hiring managers, analyze needs, and craft candidate pipelines while coaching applicants through interviews and onboarding. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in recruiting, strong communication, and proficiency with ATS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of recruiting or related experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Knowledge of employment laws and ATS usage.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for various roles.
• Consult with hiring managers to define needs and timelines.
• Coordinate interviews and provide interview coaching for candidates.
• Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline and market insights.
• Administer job postings and maintain candidate records.
