Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking a Sr Staff SAP PLM & MDG leader to drive global processes and governance around SAP PLM, MDG, and integration with operations. You will serve as a subject matter expert across regions and lead a team to deliver end-to-end solutions.

You will gather requirements, design, build, and implement systems while providing hyper care support, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget. A strong SAP PLM/MDG background is essential.

Qualifications

• More than 7 years of experience in SAP PLM and MDG implementation.
• Experience designing and configuring SAP solutions across global teams.
• Strong understanding of PLM and MDG, and end-to-end business processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement & oversee the global SAP PLM, MDG solutions to achieve business objectives.
• Lead projects in SAP PLM, MDG from inception to completion, incl upgrades and new modules.
• Develop best practices in PLM/MDG and identify trends to drive efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver Operations transformational projects on time.
• Analyze requirements, prioritize by cost/benefit, present an implementation roadmap.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP PLM/MDG issues and provide guidance.
• Maintain and continuously improve PLM/MDG solutions to meet performance standards.
• Engage with operations leaders to identify AI/automation opportunities in DT roadmap.
