EY in Dallas seeks a senior CT BMC Strategic Programs Lead to drive communications and engagement for technology transformation and risk initiatives. You will influence senior leaders and shape messaging across EY’s global Growth and Innovation pillar.

In this role, you’ll develop strategic narratives, lead executive communications, manage high-visibility programs and measure impact with clear metrics, while fostering trust and resilience in EY technology capabilities.

Qualifications

Senior communications leader with experience advising executives and leading high-profile programs.
Experience supporting technology, transformation, risk, security or change initiatives.
Ability to translate business and technology strategy into compelling communications.

Responsibilities

Strategic program communications leadership for CT’s priority initiatives and risk programs.
Executive advisory and stakeholder engagement with CT and G&I leadership.
Trust, resilience and reputation building for CT and EY tech capabilities.
Strategic narrative and messaging development aligned with CT and EY priorities.
Issues, incident and special-project communications management.
Insight, measurement and continuous improvement using engagement data.
