Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of progressive experience in business development in biotech/pharma.
• Led BD, M&A, licensing or investment transactions from sourcing through execution.
• Advanced degree required: MBA, PhD, MD, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of complex modalities and financial valuation modeling.
• Executive presence with ability to influence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and lead strategic transactions and investments aligned with strategy.
• Lead BD, licensing, and asset acquisition for late-stage programs.
• Develop market assessments, valuation models, and scenarios for opportunities.
• Lead CDMO strategy to position manufacturing capabilities with partners.
• Negotiate term sheets and definitive agreements; coordinate due diligence.
