Job summary

Incyte seeks a Senior Principal Biostatistical Programmer in Wilmington, DE to lead statistical programming for Phase I–III trials. You will collaborate with statisticians and CROs, ensuring CDISC-compliant analyses and accurate SAP execution. This role requires mentoring teammates and maintaining project timelines, with office-based work at least three days per week.

The ideal candidate has strong SAS skills, CDISC experience, and a record of guiding complex analyses under regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong SAS programming skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with CDISC standards and SAP.
• Mentoring and leading junior programmers.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (ICH, eCTD).

Responsibilities

• Conduct statistical programming work of clinical data using SAS Software.
• Ensure that all programs, outputs and documentation are compliant with ICH guidelines and SOPs.
• Generate analysis datasets according to CDISC standard and SAP.
• Implement analysis methods and produce tables, graphs and listings using SAS.
• Validate programs and results produced by other team members.
• Lead programming efforts for studies and ensure timelines and quality.
