Job summary

KOMPAN U.S. is seeking a detail-oriented Bid & Proposal Editor to elevate the quality, clarity, and compliance of written proposal materials in response to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs nationwide.

Reporting to the Bid & Proposal Manager, you will edit, refine, and package content with a persuasive, customer-focused voice. Qualifications include a bachelor’s in English or related field, exceptional editing skills, and proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Canva, InDesign, and Acrobat.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with clarity, flow, and grammar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Acrobat and InDesign, and/or other equivalent applications for writing/editing/formatting proposals and presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals with strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and package proposals for responses to RFPs.
• Tailor content to customer requirements in the RFPs.
• Maintain consistent tone and structure based on RFP requirements.
• Ensure timely, compliant submission of proposals.
• Maintain brand voice in digital libraries.
• Coordinate with Marketing on new content.
• Support cross-functional colleagues as needed.
