Job summary

IDR, Inc. in Louisville, CO seeks a Business Intelligence & Systems Integration Architect to design and implement BI solutions while integrating and streamlining financial/ERP systems across teams.

The role focuses on improving data flow, accelerating reporting adoption, and enabling global use of modern data platforms. You will lead migration of Access to Azure SQL, build dashboards, optimize SQL queries, and automate workflows with VBA to reduce manual effort.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating financial/ERP systems and interfacing multiple business applications.
• Advanced SQL query development and data modeling for analytics/reporting.
• Proficiency with Power BI dashboards, data models, and rapid deployment of reporting solutions.
• Advanced VBA programming (Excel/Access) with workflow automation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Architect and integrate financial/ERP and related business systems to improve data flow and usability across teams.
• Lead migration of legacy Microsoft Access databases to Azure SQL, including testing and deployment preparation for multi-region use.
• Design, build, and deploy Power BI dashboards and data integrations to support stakeholder reporting needs.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries; support relational database administration in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Streamline and automate workflows and analysis using VBA and related tooling to reduce manual effort.
