Job summary

ProAct is seeking a Business Analyst to partner across departments, understand underwriting opportunities, and produce summary reports to improve process and profitability. You will analyze financial and client data to present actionable recommendations to leadership.

The role emphasizes dashboard development, cost analysis, and collaboration with Finance to optimize reporting and forecasting using SQL and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Ability to translate business questions into systematic processes.
• Experience interpreting financial and operational data for reports.
• Strong communication of findings to leadership.
• Healthcare/Pharma operations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost analysis and projections for business partners.
• Provide and analyze dashboard reporting on overall performance and margins.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end financial documents.
• Collaborate with Finance to define business requirements and improve processes.
• Build automated reporting solutions using SQL to solve complex needs.
• Assist with forecasting and procurement reporting strategies with key vendors.
