Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or equivalent combination of experience/education.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in analysis, design or administration of employee benefit programs.
• Knowledge of federal laws and guidelines (COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, FMLA, DOL) and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and communicate benefits information and updates with stakeholders.
• Interpret benefit policies to resolve employee questions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of benefit programs across plans.
