Generac Power Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to join our Total Rewards team at our Waukesha, Wisconsin headquarters.

The role focuses on retirement and financial wellbeing benefits, including 401(k) oversight and related programs, with responsibilities spanning data analysis, vendor management, compliance, and program enhancements. You will collaborate with Payroll, IS and HR to implement benefits initiatives, conduct audits, and prepare reports for leadership while ensuring

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Human Resources or related field.
3+ years of benefits analysis and administration experience in US/Canada.
Experience with self-funded, multi-state benefits programs and vendor management.

Responsibilities

Provide in-depth research and analytics to support benefit program design and administration.
Serve as SME for benefit data, plan designs, and reporting.
Manage vendor relationships and assist with RFPs and program implementations.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulations (ERISA, FMLA, COBRA, etc.).
Assist with audits, Form 5500, ACA reporting, and benefit SOPs.
Collaborate with Payroll, IS and HR teams on cross-functional projects.
