The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree, strong knowledge of baseball, and experience in coaching and program development. This role includes significant community engagement and the promotion of school spirit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Previous collegiate or high school head coaching experience preferred.
• Experience in program development and leadership strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Campus Director of Baseball, providing leadership across all levels.
• Prepare the team to compete within TAPPS district and state competition.
• Mentor athletes in academic discipline and personal responsibility.
