Job summary

You will acquire new customers, cross-sell products, handle queries, and ensure compliance while meeting sales targets. Previous experience in sales, banking, or customer service is preferred, with a bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred for some roles).
• Experience in sales, banking, or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable banking products such as savings accounts, loans, investments, insurance, and other services.
• Acquire new customers and expand the customer base through networking and referrals.
• Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure a smooth banking experience.
• Achieve assigned sales targets for various banking products and services.
• Cross-sell and up-sell banking products based on customer needs.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to improve customer retention.
• Maintain customer records and ensure proper documentation and compliance with banking policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing, account services, and other customer requirements.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings.
