Director level experience (minimum 3 years).
Strong corporate finance and credit skills.
Proven ability to originate and close complex financial transactions.
Excellent presentation skills and senior stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Grow and retain relationships with targeted clients via value-added financial solutions.
Develop business development strategy to generate new business.
Provide leadership to credit staff and coordinate with Treasury Management partners.
Review and underwrite credit requests; ensure viability and documentation.
Drive revenue growth through loans, deposits, fee income and cross-selling.
Prepare and present credit proposals; ensure sources of repayment are sound.
Monitor client performance and industry trends; broaden relationship network.
Support Capital Markets by assessing securities products for clients.
