Job summary

The Corporate, a community-focused bank, is seeking a Comptroller to join its leadership team in Maryland. This role oversees all financial activities, ensures regulatory compliance, and advises the CEO and board on financial risk and capital management.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8+ years in accounting/finance (banking preferred) and 5+ years in Financial Crimes Compliance, AML, or BSA, with strong GAAP knowledge and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of accounting/finance experience (banking strongly preferred).
• 5+ years of Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC), AML, or BSA experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, regulatory reporting, and internal controls.
• Proven leadership, communication, and investor relations management skills.

Responsibilities
