Job summary

The Comptroller/Controller role at The Corporate involves leading the financial operations of the bank, ensuring stability and regulatory compliance, and advising the CEO and board on financial risk and capital management. The ideal candidate will bring GAAP expertise, leadership, and robust investor relations experience.

We seek a senior financial leader with 5–8+ years in accounting/finance (banking preferred) and FCC/AML/BSA experience to drive strategic growth in a family-focused banking

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of accounting/finance experience (banking strongly preferred).
• 5+ years of Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC), AML, or BSA experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, regulatory reporting, and internal controls.
• Proven leadership, communication, and investor relations management skills.
