Alloy Automotive Partners in Texas seeks a Parts Manager to help the shop hit gross profit goals by negotiating with vendors for the best prices and to be the backbone of the repair shop office.

Responsibilities include ordering parts, vendor relationship management, and handling customer service and administrative duties. You will also prepare quotes and invoices and assist in selling repairs under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year in any customer service or administration related position.
• 2 years or more of practical experience in a management role.
• Ability to communicate in English fluently, both verbally and in written form.
• Must be able to lift more than 15lbs and drive a vehicle with passengers.
• Proven track record of driving financial performance.
• Basic accounting and math skills and proficiency with common computer programs.

Responsabilités

• Ordering parts and negotiating with vendors for best prices.
• Office support: answering phones, errands, counter help, updates to workflow board.
• Prepare quotes, invoices, and other documents for customers or vendors using software.
• Assist in selling repairs and services under guidance of a Service Advisor or GM.
