Job summary

Current, in partnership with RRBB in Somerset, NJ, seeks an experienced Audit Partner to lead high-level client relationships and drive growth through engagement, business development, and technical excellence.

The role requires a CPA with 10+ years in public accounting, strong leadership, and proficiency with audit software and SEC reporting. Hybrid work in New Jersey is supported with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive public accounting experience with emphasis on audit and attest services.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain executive-level client relationships and build business pipelines.
• Strong leadership presence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for execution of complex attest engagements (audits, reviews, compilations, AUPs).
• Maintain and grow a personal book of business and expand service offerings with clients.
• Mentor managers, seniors, and staff auditors and support career development.
• Collaborate with Partners and Directors on strategic initiatives, technology adoption, and service line development.
• Stay current on regulatory changes including SEC reporting and GAAS/SSARS/PCAOB standards.
• Represent the firm at professional events and maintain industry involvement.
