Job summary

S&T Bancorp, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Audit Manager to oversee planning and execution of the annual risk-based audit plan. You will ensure high-quality audits across the organization, align with strategic objectives, and report to the Chief Audit Executive.

You will lead a professional staff, coordinate with management and external partners, and drive improvements in risk assessment, controls, and audit methodology.

Qualifications

• Experience leading audit teams with risk-based planning.
• Strong knowledge of IIA Standards and GAAP.
• Ability to communicate audit results to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and execution of the annual risk-based audit plan.
• Lead and develop staff; maintain high quality audit work.
• Coordinate with CAE/Deputy CAE and management; align audit to business strategy.
• Assess changes in business and technology, update risk assessments and plans.
• Prepare Audit Committee materials and monitor performance measurements.
• Liaise with third parties and external auditors as needed.
