Uline, a family‑owned distributor of shipping and packaging materials, seeks an Associate Category Manager to own a product line and guide a team of Product Management Analysts. You will manage vendor relationships and help shape catalog and digital strategies to boost profitability and data accuracy.

This on‑site role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in Category Management or related fields, and willingness to travel for trade shows and vendor visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in Category Management, Supply Chain or Marketing.
• Willingness to travel for trade shows and vendor visits.

Responsibilities

• Own your assigned product category from our extensive catalog of business support products.
• Support new product development by researching and sourcing new products and vendors.
• Visit vendors to understand manufacturing processes and attend trade shows to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Lead vendor negotiations to build successful partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Creative and Purchasing teams to develop effective catalog and digital strategies.
• Make a direct impact in increasing company profitability, product quality and data accuracy.
• Mentor and support Product Management Analysts to foster their growth.
