Job summary

Conner Strong & Buckelew in Camden, NJ seeks an Associate Account Executive to maintain and grow an assigned book of business under the Account Executive's guidance. You will provide risk management expertise to clients and lead the service team for the book.

Responsibilities include renewal strategy, marketing submissions, and collaboration with clients, underwriters, and internal teams. Travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Eight years minimum of commercial, multi-line property and casualty brokerage experience.
• Independent, flexible, self-starter with multi-tasking ability.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; familiarity with Sagitta or similar AMS.
• Strong communication, client service and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow the assigned book of business under guidance.
• Prepare renewal strategies and align with client requests.
• Oversee renewal process, proposals, binders and stewardship reports.
• Lead service team and mentor staff on the book of business.
• Develop carrier relationships and communicate appetite and contacts.
• Travel to client sites and participate in client meetings.
