Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8–10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in admissions/enrollment.
• Experience with multi-program admissions across undergraduate and graduate levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment and enrollment strategies aligned with school priorities.
• Oversee admissions operations and ensure timely reviews and decisions.
• Lead data-driven enrollment planning and reporting for leadership.
• Collaborate with faculty, alumni, and university offices to expand pipelines.
