Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and active CPA license.
• Minimum 7+ years accounting; 5+ years Big 4 at Manager level.
• Experience with US GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations under US GAAP.
• Lead monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Be primary contact for external auditors; manage global team.
• Develop internal controls and SOX compliance; drive process improvements.
