Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of tax experience in asset & wealth management preferred.
• CPA, Bar member or other credentials may qualify for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Leading strategic tax planning and compliance initiatives for asset and wealth management clients
• Overseeing the preparation and filing of complex tax returns, confirming adherence to regulatory requirements
• Analyzing financial data to identify tax optimization opportunities and minimize compliance risks
• Developing and implementing innovative tax strategies to support business growth and client satisfaction
• Mentoring and guiding junior team members in tax compliance and strategic planning
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive tax solutions and insights
• Driving thought leadership by developing new ideas and solutions in the tax compliance space
• Cultivating and maintaining executive-level client relationships to enhance service delivery
• Promoting technological advancements to streamline tax processes and improve efficiency
• Identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful outcomes for the firm
