Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience.
• CPA, bar membership, or other tax/finance credentials may qualify.

Responsibilities

• Leading strategic tax planning and compliance initiatives for asset and wealth management clients.
• Overseeing the preparation and filing of complex tax returns, confirming adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Analyzing financial data to identify tax optimization opportunities and minimize compliance risks.
• Developing and implementing innovative tax strategies to support business growth and client satisfaction.
• Mentoring and guiding junior team members in tax compliance and strategic planning.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive tax solutions and insights.
• Driving thought leadership by developing new ideas and solutions in the tax compliance space.
• Cultivating and maintaining executive-level client relationships to enhance service delivery.
