Job summary

Expansive, based in Madison, WI, seeks an on-site Asset Manager – LL Partnerships to oversee landlord relationships and drive asset performance. You will monitor financial results, prepare reports, and partner with teams to support leasing activity and property improvements.

Responsibilities include budgeting, underwriting, and KPI analysis to improve NOI, with a focus on LL partnership properties. You will coordinate across functions and maintain strong owner relations while optimizing costs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant work experience.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Strong financial analysis with interest in real estate finance.
• Familiarity with real estate leases and contracts.
• Experience with data-driven marketing and lead flow for leases.
• Willing to work with a team of asset and property managers.
• Excellent written communication and resourcefulness.

Responsibilities

• Provide asset and property management to improve NOI across LL Partnership properties.
• Budgeting, modeling, and underwriting for LL partnership assets.
• Prepare reports and dashboards; analyze KPI and performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and landlords to support leasing and improvements.
• Track rent rolls, data, and forecasts; manage data for properties.
• Ensure compliance with partnership agreements and cost controls.
