Job summary

3DE by Junior Achievement in the United States seeks a Senior Director, Post-Secondary & Workforce Pathways to design and scale national strategy connecting students to postsecondary credentials and careers.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, establish priorities and partnerships, and guide the 3DE Credential framework while driving measurable improvements in student transitions and workforce readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education, workforce development, nonprofit management, public administration, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in workforce development, college/career readiness, or related areas.
• Proven success designing and leading strategic initiatives that improve access to postsecondary or workforce opportunities.
• Experience building scalable systems, implementation models, or partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of national postsecondary and workforce pathway strategy.
• Establish priorities, success metrics, and implementation frameworks across markets.
• Collaborate with leadership to align pathway initiatives with organizational goals and partner needs.
• Develop articulation agreements and partnerships connecting credentials to postsecondary credit and workforce opportunities.
