Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a VP of Clinical Strategy & Integration in New York. The role partners with the Chief Health Officer to translate clinical strategy into a holistic, member-centric program focused on health outcomes and total cost of care.

The VP will connect clinical priorities to the wider business, oversee governance, accountability, and cross-functional program delivery, and report to the CHO. Hybrid work requires three in-office days weekly in NY.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in healthcare industry.
• 5+ years managing a large/cross functional end-to-end product teams.
• 5+ years managing budget and capacity models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve Oscar's clinical strategy in partnership with the CHO.
• Own the clinical affordability agenda and establish clear ownership and governance.
• Integrate clinical strategy across Product, Technology, Network, Finance and Growth to deliver enterprise objectives.
• Define how clinical capabilities (Virtual Care, Case Management, Pharmacy, Utilization Management, Provider Network, Member Experience) work together as an end-to-end experience.
• Architect and mobilize cross-functional programs with milestones, owners and success measures.
• Monitor progress, surface risks and ensure accountability for delivery of the clinical strategy.
