Job summary

Mb Solutions, Inc. seeks a senior contractor representative to serve as the principal point of contact with the Government for ARCENT augmentation support. You will oversee contract execution, staffing, employee supervision, and financial performance while advising leadership on staffing and priorities.

You will manage subcontractor performance, enforce regulations, and drive risk mitigation and operational excellence to sustain mission support and customer satisfaction at the arcent level.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in government contracting or defense programs.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior contractor representative and trusted advisor to ARCENT leadership.
• Lead contract execution, ensuring performance and compliance.
• Direct workforce planning, staffing, onboarding, and retention.
• Provide leadership and supervision for contractor personnel.
• Establish and enforce quality control processes.
• Monitor performance metrics and resolve issues to keep operations on track.
