Job summary

mbsolutionsinc seeks a senior contractor representative to manage ARCENT augmentation support activities. You will oversee contract execution, staffing, supervision, quality, and financial performance to ensure mission success.

You will advise Government leadership on staffing, performance trends, and risk mitigation while maintaining compliance with regulations. Expect leadership of cross-functional teams and coordination with subcontractors to meet mission objectives.

Qualifications

• Requires 15+ years of leadership and contract management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Experience with Army ARCENT or DoD contracting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior contractor representative and trusted advisor to ARCENT leadership.
• Lead all aspects of contract execution, ensuring compliance and high performance.
• Direct workforce planning, staffing, onboarding, retention, and succession planning.
