Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a Lead Product Line Manager for Jordan Energy Apparel to drive the Jordan Brand vision through apparel, partnering with Design, Development, Merchandising, Marketplace and Brand to bring product to market. You will own end-to-end execution of defined apparel product lines across the seasonal calendar and translate strategy into high-quality, on-time delivery.

Travel up to 20% (including international) and lead cross-functional teams with clear communication,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Merchandising, or related field.
• 6+ years of relevant apparel product creation, merchandising, or related field experience.
• Experience managing an apparel product line through the seasonal product creation process.
• Prior experience coaching, mentoring, or informally leading others.
• Strong working knowledge of the apparel product creation lifecycle.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, including internationally.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the creation and amplification of the Jordan Brand vision and strategy through apparel.
• Suggest innovative, imaginative, and resourceful ways to solve problems and advance Jordan Brand.
• Challenge outdated rules and accelerate distinction within the energy industry.
• Guide cross-functional teammates as a subject matter expert in apparel creation.
• Own and drive end-to-end execution of defined apparel product lines across the seasonal calendar.
• Translate strategy into high-quality, on-time product delivery.
• Operate with autonomy across complex workstreams while building depth and influence.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external partners to maintain alignment.
• Partner with Design, Development, Merchandising, Marketplace, and Brand to align to strategy and consumer insights.
