Job summary

Match Group, a leading owner of dating platforms such as Tinder, Hinge, Match, Meetic and OkCupid, seeks a Strategic Analytics & Reporting Manager. You will connect data across brands and functions into a credible, portfolio-wide view to guide executive decisions.

You’ll deliver recurring reports, ad-hoc analyses, and longer-term projects that influence strategy across Tinder, Hinge and other units. Day-to-day work spans research, product, finance and marketing data, collaborating with senior

Qualifications

4+ years of analytics, BI, FP&A or related data-driven field.
Strong SQL skills and ability to combine data from multiple sources.
Broad fluency across marketing, product, finance and research data.
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and at least one BI tool (Quicksight/Tableau/Looker).
Excellent written and verbal communication; experience building executive-facing presentations.

Responsibilities

Own recurring cross-brand reporting and consolidate metrics into a single view for leadership.
Lead market landscape and competitive intelligence reporting (Sensor Tower, etc.).
Analyze user movement across brands to inform portfolio strategy and resource allocation.
Respond to executive requests with clear data-driven viewpoints and recommendations.
Automate reporting and dashboards to increase time for analysis.
