Overview
As the Strategic Analytics & Operational Intelligence Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic direction and driving operational excellence across Care, Fulfillment, and Platform Operations. You will be responsible for leading complex analytical projects, developing data-driven recommendations, and communicating insights to key stakeholders across the organization. This role requires a blend of analytical expertise, business acumen, and a passion for using data to solve complex challenges.
You will
Strategic Insight & Analysis:
Analyze data from various platforms including ThoughtSpot, Hex, Data, Amplitude, PowerBi, and Snowflake to identify trends and insights relevant to Care, Fulfillment, and Platform Operations.
Define, develop, and help operations implement key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with the company's Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the specified teams.
Identify key business opportunities and risks through advanced data exploration and statistical modeling.
Develop and maintain predictive models to forecast future performance and inform strategic initiatives.
Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for executive leadership.
Operational Excellence & Optimization:
Analyze operational data to identify areas for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.
Design and implement performance dashboards and reporting systems to monitor key operational metrics and track progress against goals.
Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying drivers of operational issues and develop data-driven solutions.
Collaborate with operational teams to implement and measure the impact of improvement initiatives.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Partner with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish data-driven decision-making processes.
Provide analytical support and guidance to business leaders across the organization.
Develop and deliver presentations to communicate analytical findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
Promote a culture of data literacy and empower teams to leverage data to inform their decisions.
Data Infrastructure and Governance:
Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data quality, accuracy, and accessibility.
Contribute to the development of data governance policies and procedures.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics.
You have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field).
5+ years of experience in a strategic analytics, business intelligence, or related role, with a focus on driving business outcomes.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake) is a plus.
Knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining techniques is highly desirable.
LegalZoom is a remote-first company and the national range for this role is ($ 111,400 - $144,400 ) . Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs. In addition, an annual bonus, incentive bonus and/or restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package.
