Capital One Shopping is seeking a Business Analysis Manager to apply strategic and analytic skills to key company challenges, leading a small team of analysts and collaborating with IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance.

You will develop and test strategies across lending products, model risk and market insights, and drive execution of the product strategy while delivering measurable impact on growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis.
• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or Master's Degree/MBA with quantitative concentration.
• Preferred: Master's Degree in Business or quantitative field; 5+ years of analysis experience; 2+ years in financial services; 1+ year in consulting; 2+ years of people management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: develop business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Leadership: may manage and develop 1-2 analysts; coaching and mentoring.
• Product: develop and implement pricing strategies; lead product level modeling/analytics.
• Marketing: lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts; design customer experiences; go-to-market strategies.
• Credit Risk: improve credit performance; build risk models; test hypotheses.
• Execution: manage delivery of business intent; oversee multiple projects.
• Partnership: collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance to improve quality, volume, service, profitability.
• Strategic & analytic orientation: strong decision making based on analytics; quantitative focus.
