Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation seeks an Experienced Strategic Business Analysis, Planning and Support professional to lead analytics across sales, operations, and pricing for the aftermarket parts division. You will leverage SQL, Python, and Power BI to produce insights and predictive analytics.

You will translate complex findings into executive narratives, develop scalable data models, and enable proactive decision making. This role requires advanced analytics experience and strong business acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and 3+ years of analytics experience.
• 2+ years of SQL with complex datasets.
• 2+ years of Power BI experience.
• 1+ years of Python for data analysis or predictive modelling.
• 1+ years building AI alerting frameworks with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with business leaders to uncover analytical opportunities and frame the right problems to solve.
• Use SQL, Python, Power BI to investigate KPI performance drivers across sales, operations, inventory, pricing.
• Identify predictive and diagnostic analytics use cases for forward‑looking decision making.
• Support the strategy behind building a scalable data model for the aftermarket parts division.
• Translate findings into executive‑ready narratives to drive alignment and action.
