Alliant Credit Union in Chicago is seeking a Senior Analytics Manager to lead analytics for credit card, HELOC, and Auto/RV lending. You will translate complex business questions into actionable insights, supporting pricing, targeting, portfolio management, and growth opportunities.

You will partner with finance, credit risk, marketing and operations to align strategies, drive profitability, and improve member value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business/finance/economics/marketing/statistics/data analytics or related
• Graduate degree preferred in related field
• Minimum 7 years of consumer lending analytics, credit analytics, portfolio management, financial analysis, marketing analytics, product strategy, pricing analytics, or related
• Minimum 4 years of people management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics across credit card, HELOC, and Auto/RV lending to evaluate performance, market trends, portfolio dynamics, and growth opportunities.
• Develop analytical frameworks and recommendations for strategy, pricing, targeting, acquisition, retention, portfolio management, and business planning.
• Analyze KPIs such as application volume, approval rates, loans, balances, utilization, spend, delinquencies, profitability, and engagement.
• Partner with leaders to align strategic priorities and improve member value, product competitiveness, and risk-adjusted returns.
