• Partner with Franchise Operations, FSOP and Strategy teams to address business challenges and opportunities.
• Own analytics products like Invoice Explorer, OU Scorecard, PRx, Market Street Challenge; define roadmaps and adoption plans.
• Develop metrics and reporting frameworks to support short- and long-term business objectives.
