Bridgecrest Acceptance Corporation is seeking a Senior Analyst, Strategic Analytics to own end-to-end analytics across project lifecycles. You will initiate, build, and develop business cases for major initiatives, driving measurable impact beyond reporting.

The role requires 3+ years in analytics, advanced SQL/Excel, and data-visualization experience, with collaboration across product, tech, data science, and operations. Hybrid work with on-site expectations. Sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field such as economics, engineering, finance, statistics, mathematics, or hard science.
• 3+ years’ experience in analytics, engineering, consulting, or marketing.
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end analytics across the full lifecycle of initiatives.
• Identify, track and forecast key drivers and transactions for the organization.
• Partner with product, tech, data science, and operations to implement data-driven strategies.
• Communicate insights with concise visuals and actionable recommendations.
