• Ability to frame the real question, identify what to measure, and flag what to decide.
• Consulting mindset: get to a good answer fast, not a perfect one.
• This is not a data-engineering or pipeline-building role; focus on interpreting data and communicating findings by EOD.

Responsibilities

• Take an ambiguous ask and turn it into an answerable question.
• Work fast with imperfect data.
• Go beyond the literal ask and identify additional insights.
• Communicate like a consultant: provide a decision-ready brief and visuals when helpful.
• Work AI-natively, but ensure the final synthesis is yours.
• Build institutional knowledge by documenting assumptions and sources.
