Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Consulting Analyst to support Managed Care engagements. You will assist project teams with data gathering, analysis, benchmarking, and financial scenario modeling to inform payer negotiations.

The role blends client interaction, data interpretation, and deliverable creation to advance project workstreams. The role emphasizes developing healthcare industry knowledge, improving analytical skills, and pursuing a defined career path toward Senior Consultant.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student status through Fall 2026 and graduation by Summer 2027.
• Degree concentration in Business, Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Health Administration or Health Informatics is preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of analytics software (Access, SAS or R, SQL).
• Strong quantitative and organizational skills; capable of data translation to visuals.

Responsibilities

• Support client and project management on engagements (on/off-site).
• Analyze data, identify gaps and trends; prepare deliverables.
• Contribute to quality deliverables supporting project workstreams.
• Develop and create quality deliverables to support project outcomes.
