Summary

Job Description:
The Strategic Analyst, Insights & Operations, supports Parcel Operations, business development, Ryder clients, finance, and parcel operations through analysis of pricing for new and existing business. Maintains models for analytical and pricing processes, carrier-focused pricing, and transit analysis. Supports Parcel Operations Managers with operational research and follow-up.

REMOTE work from HOME

Essential Functions

1. Daily pricing and analytical support: prepare pricing for new and existing customers; support decision-making with analytical insights.
2. Maintain tools and inputs for pricing strategies: models, rate sheets, system data.
3. Reporting: support automated dashboards for clients and internal teams.
4. Annual Price Increase Process: contribute to analyses and system uploads.
5. Work with carrier partners to resolve issues.
6. Provide baseline analysis for client inquiries; collaborate with Parcel Operations Managers.
7. Weekly analysis of small parcel business across the network.
8. Support Customer Service Managers with customer requests.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel, DOMO (Required).
• Advanced Python skills (Preferred).
• Advanced strategic analysis skills (Required).
• Proficiency with PC spreadsheets and applications (Required).
• Knowledge of Logistics (Intermediate, Preferred).

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
